Freshwater conservation planning, risk/impact assessment, dispersal, spatially explicit modeling.
Current project: I am currently developing a spatially explicit model for determining stream sections with low/moderate/high risk using human-induced system changes as indicators of risk. My study area is the upper Tennessee River basin, USA.
